Tell us the details below. We’ll call you to discuss service availability, pickup access, timing, and pricing. You are requesting contact—not booking or paying for a shipment.

Highroad Shipping Quote

Submitting this request does not book a shipment. We use these details to respond and discuss shipping arrangements. Please review our Privacy Policy. Contiguous U.S. and Hawaii only; Alaska is not served.

What should I include for a new quote?

Include pickup and delivery ZIP codes, vehicle details, condition, and your preferred pickup window. Add a callback number and an email address you can access. Use the notes field for access restrictions, a firm departure date, or a preferred callback time with your time zone.

For example: “Pickup from a dealership in Houston after release paperwork is completed. Delivery to an apartment in Phoenix; I arrive November 5. Please call after 3 p.m. Central Time.” This is an example of useful detail, not a scheduled Highroad shipment.

Already sent a request or need to correct a detail?

Use the same name and email address as your original request and explain the change in the notes field. Tell us which route you asked about and whether the change concerns dates, vehicle condition, or pickup access. Avoid sending multiple requests without explaining that they concern the same shipment.

If a shipment is already booked, follow the contact instructions in your confirmation for time-sensitive changes, driver coordination, delays, or condition concerns. The general website inquiry form is not an emergency dispatch channel.

Need help with a non-running vehicle or Hawaii shipment?

For a non-running vehicle, state whether it rolls, steers, and brakes and whether keys are available. For Hawaii, give the island, direction of travel, exact vehicle model, and whether mainland pickup or delivery is needed.

For an auction pickup, include the release status and collection deadline; share sensitive release documents only through the approved booking process. For RVs, boats, and oversized vehicles, provide dimensions and explain whether the unit is drivable or on a trailer.

How will Highroad respond?

We’ll call you to discuss the request and clarify the details. Include a good callback window and time zone so we can understand your preference. We do not publish a guaranteed response time or a 24-hour dispatch promise.

A form submission is not a booking, a payment, or confirmation that particular equipment is available. For general answers, visit the car shipping FAQ; for pricing questions, see what affects a quote.

What information should I leave out of the form?

Do not enter card or bank details, Social Security numbers, identity-document images, or account passwords. Route details, vehicle information, contact information, and a description of the shipping need are enough to start. See our Privacy Policy for inquiry handling.
