HIGHROAD / CAR SHIPPING GUIDE
About Highroad.
A clearer starting point.
We help you start a vehicle shipping request with the details that matter: where the vehicle is, where it needs to go, its condition, and your dates. Request online, then discuss the transport option by phone.

What is Highroad Auto Transport?
Highroad is your starting point for a vehicle shipping request across the contiguous United States and Hawaii. Our website collects the route, vehicle, timing, and contact information needed for a shipment-related callback. You can discuss the available transport and ask questions before deciding to book.
We serve requests for everyday cars and specialized vehicles, including open and enclosed transport options. Suitability is checked for the exact vehicle and route. Alaska is not currently included in our coverage.

What should a useful car shipping conversation cover?
You should leave the conversation knowing which service is being discussed, who will transport the vehicle, what the quoted price includes, what dates are estimates, and what you need to do before pickup.
The condition, not just the model
A car that will not start, a lowered coupe, and a large pickup need different questions. We ask for details that affect loading and equipment.
The street, not just the state
Pickup access, release hours, gates, and receiving contacts can affect the shipment. ZIP codes start the conversation; access details make it useful.
The terms, not just a headline price
Review price, payment, cancellation terms, coverage, and date commitments before agreeing. A quote request itself creates no booking.

What can you expect after submitting the form?
A callback to discuss your request. Include a preferred callback time and time zone if it matters. Our website does not show an instant shipping price or take payment. If you are still planning, select “Still planning” and explain the likely route.
For an urgent request, share the latest workable pickup date and any release deadline. We do not promise a particular callback minute, truck assignment, or pickup date through the form. These details need confirmation.

What should you verify before your vehicle moves?
Confirm the transporting company’s identity, applicable registration, shipment terms, cargo coverage, contact process, and condition documentation. The FMCSA’s consumer advisory explains why it matters to understand whether a company arranges transport or operates the truck.
This site does not claim a fleet size, years in business, customer rating, or licensing number that has not been verified. The transport imagery is illustrative and AI-generated; it does not document our fleet or a completed customer job.
Read the shipment checklist, see how inquiry information is handled, or send a question.
