HIGHROAD AUTO TRANSPORT
Website Terms
What to expect when using the Highroad website and submitting a request.
Last updated: October 9, 2026. These terms describe use of highroadautotransport.com and its inquiry form.
A request starts a conversation
Submitting a form requests contact about vehicle shipping. It is not a reservation, transport contract, confirmed quote, payment, or guarantee of capacity. Shipment pricing, pickup access, service suitability, dates, and payment or cancellation terms must be discussed and confirmed separately before arrangements proceed.
Accurate shipment information
Provide accurate contact and vehicle details. Tell us about non-running condition, damage, modifications, dimensions, loading restrictions, and deadlines that could affect the shipment. Incorrect or incomplete information may change the available options or quote.
Coverage and availability
Requests are accepted for the contiguous United States and Hawaii. Alaska is not currently served. Published coverage describes locations where you can inquire; it does not promise that every equipment type, route, or date is available.
General guidance
Website content explains planning considerations. It does not replace the specific shipment terms, carrier documents, ocean-service requirements, coverage information, or instructions applicable to your vehicle. Confirm the relevant requirements before pickup or port drop-off.
Images and links
Transport imagery on this website is AI-generated and illustrative. It does not document a company fleet, customer shipment, or completed job. External resources have their own content and policies.
Contact permission and privacy
The form asks for agreement to contact about your request. See the Privacy Policy for information handling. Use the contact form to ask a question or request that shipment-related contact stop.
