Highroad’s Role: Website Inquiries and Transport Agreements
Highroad's website collects route, vehicle, timing, and contact details for a shipment-related callback. Submitting the form does not book transportation, take payment, or confirm a carrier's acceptance. Before entering a transport agreement, establish the legal identity and responsibilities of each company involved.
What the website currently offers
The About page describes inquiries for vehicle shipping across the contiguous United States and Hawaii. Availability, equipment, vehicle acceptance, scheduling, and price require discussion for the actual shipment.
An inquiry is a starting point for that discussion. A route page, service description, or illustration is not evidence that a particular truck is assigned, that every vehicle is accepted, or that a specific date is guaranteed.
What this page does not verify
This website guide does not establish a legal company name, USDOT or MC authority number, owned fleet, cargo-insurance policy, or a carrier assignment. Those details must be obtained and checked for the party offering the agreement and the carrier performing the move.
Do not infer an operating role from branding alone. As the FMCSA automobile-transporter advisory explains, the business arranging a shipment and the company transporting the vehicle can have different roles.
Ask for the business details before booking
– What is the full legal name and business contact information of the contracting party? – Is that party acting as the carrier, a broker, or another intermediary? – Which registration or authority applies, and how can it be independently checked? – Who will physically transport the vehicle, and when will that identity be provided? – Who receives payments, handles cancellation, and receives a written damage claim? – Which written agreement and insurance terms apply to this shipment?
Match the answers to the agreement and relevant official records. A business name or registration number by itself does not prove that a particular vehicle or loss is insured.
Keep documents in the appropriate channel
Use the website form for the requested inquiry information and ordinary questions. Do not send payment-card data, passwords, identity-document images, or other sensitive records through the general form.
For a booked move, use the contacts and instructions in the accepted transport agreement for dispatch, payment, and claims. The website contact form should not be treated as an emergency dispatch line or a substitute for time-sensitive notice to the responsible company.
Contact and next steps
Contact Highroad for a website inquiry or content correction. For a booked shipment, use the responsible company’s agreed contact and notice procedures. A general form submission does not replace formal notice or extend a deadline.
